My kids LOVE to help cook when I let them.
I often her "Mommy Let's make a cake!" Or "Mommy Let's make Brownies!"
We were wanting to have something for dessert, so I asked the kids if they wanted to help me.
They decided we needed to make cupcakes...
I let them each frost their own cupcake which was not too bad of a mess...
I LOVE doing fun activities with the kids! ~

I want cupcakes now, they look yummy. I normally try to let Katelyn help a little with cooking but now Johnathon wants to help too and having both of them in the kitchen trying to "help" often drives me crazy between the arguments and mess.
